Shhhh! I've Got a Napper On My Hands!

And we're private!! Officially! Thanks to all of you who signed-on to read more about our lives lived Sunny-Side Up! We are excited to be able to post whatever, whenever without a worry in the world... so be prepared... I'm thinking it might be time to bust out some cutie-pie bath time pictures soon...hehe!

Cade-man is upstairs taking his second of two naps today!! I KNOW!! Wouldn't you know after my last post he would make a complete LIAR, LIAR PANTS ON FIRE out of me!! Yesterday, after rolling onto his tummy he cried for maybe 5 minutes and then he was out... like 2 hours out! I couldn't believe it. And he did it twice... and today he's right back at it. I am a little paranoid about the tummy-sleep, but the Doctor said no biggie... if you lay him on his back and he turns over, he is obviously capable of supporting that head to ensure good airflow so let him be... okay Doc! Gotcha! I think I am going to invest in some mesh bumpers!

Yes... I am one of those no bumpers, no nothing in the crib mommies... and I have been putting the bumpers on for nap times and have never put them in at night, but now that he is sleeping on his tummy, I would like not to have to put them in at nap time, but before he gets to sleep, he and his legs are finding themselves stuck in between the crib rails. KK bought some mesh bumpers for her house and they worked awesome, so looks like Caden and I will be taking a trip to Babies R Us tomorrow...we'll get bumpers and guess what else??

RICE CEREAL... It's time! Dr. R is ready for Caden to start it up. I am super excited to see how he does! I'll be sure to post pictures maybe even a video of our first attempt! My lil' man is getting so old.

Caden's 4 Month appointment went great today. He is thriving and doing well. He barely cried during his shots this time which was awesome for me... I hated it last time! I guess all those jelly rolls really do come in handy!

Here are Caden's 4 Month Stats:

Weight: 20 lbs. 10 ounces
Height: 27.5 inches

The pictures below are of Caden in his John-John that his Great, Great Aunt Janice made for him. My side of the family is straight-up Southern and this is what boys from the South are supposed to wear... sweet little boy clothes like this. My Aunt Janice made all of us the prettiest smocked outfits when we were little... and I love that Caden gets to partake in her gifting now too! I don't have a Peter Pan Collared shirt for this outfit yet, but I wanted to try it on for Aunt Janice to be sure it fit... I think he likes his John-John... what do you think??
